Stormy Elias - Owner

I have been helping families achieve generational wealth through investing in Real Estate since 2016. Almost a decade later, I'm even more passionate about helping families now because I have first hand been able to see the real impact it can make. From helping Families, Veterans, Divorcées, Single Parents, Retirees, Siblings/roommates, they all have one thing in common - They are all glee with joy with their investments. Whether they had to buy a starter home to later upgrade, they stayed in their original purchase, or they became landlords, they all have had extra financial security all because of their Real Estate investment. When you know what you do changes peoples lives, it is a no brainer to fall in love with the job. When I'm not helping people lay their roots in Real Estate, I'm spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, swinging birdies, and cheering on the Dodgers

Katia Elias - Executive Assistant

Since I've been working in Business management since 2015, it was total alignment to step into the role of Executive Assistant when my husband decided to create his own Real Estate Team in 2022. Though our clients don't hear from me directly, I'm in charge of ensuring the lender, the title company, and the agents have everything they need throughout your contract duration. I'm also the mastermind behind the teams gifting from yearly pumpkin pies to your closing gift. When I'm not working on your contracts, I'm working on my own business 'LiberarLa', making some delicious food, or chasing around beautiful kids.

Julie Merli - Assistant

I've been working with the Stormy Sells Real Estate team since 2023. The best part of my job is the interesting conversations Arizonians have to offer. With the enchanting views that Tucson showcases, it is no wonder so many people are interested in buying homes here! In my job, I strive to help our future clients understand the benefits of investing in Real Estate. Even though my job is fully virtual, I stay online and connected to our future clients and Stormy. When I'm not working I'm going on walks with my dog!
